The program allows approved referral affiliates to refer prospective customers to Lunar’s paid packages and potentially earn referral commissions. Affiliates are appointed on a non-exclusive basis.
The program is operated by Webz.io Ltd., which provides the Lunar services.
Affiliates may refer customers to Lunar’s charged packages, referred to in the terms as “Premium Package.” Free plans, refunded purchases, unpaid purchases, or purchases cancelled within 14 days do not count as Premium Packages.
Eligible affiliates can earn a 15% commission for 12 months on actual payments made by a Qualified Lead.
A Qualified Lead is a customer who purchases a Premium Package within 90 days after clicking the affiliate’s valid tracking link, under a last-click attribution model, and who was first introduced to Webz by that affiliate.
No. The referral fee applies only to the first purchase of a Premium Package by the Qualified Lead, and not to additional purchases, renewals, or upsells.
No. Self-referrals and referrals involving related or affiliated people or entities are not eligible for referral fees. Affiliates must disclose any relationship or affiliation with a referred customer.
Webz pays referral fees within 60 days after receiving payment from the Qualified Lead and after receiving a valid, undisputed invoice from the affiliate.
Yes. No payment is due until the referral fees reach at least $100 for a payment instance. Payments are made in US dollars.
