What Happened
In an alleged June 2026 incident, a threat actor using the alias ChimeraZ claimed on an underground forum to have leaked the database of Jestimo (jestimo.com), a French real-estate valuation platform, exposing an estimated 168,706 records covering about 389,365 individuals. The purported dataset consists mainly of contact and property-related information rather than credentials: agent and client names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, valuation/estimation amounts, estate-agency details, and valuation report contents, which could significantly enable targeted real-estate scams and phishing. The leak was posted as a free, reply-gated download with sample records and file summaries, but as of the reporting date it remained unverified, with no independent confirmation or public statement from Jestimo about the breach.
