What Happened
In January 2025, JustCall, a U.S.-based SaaS communication platform, suffered a data breach when an attacker identified as Ddarknotevil allegedly stole 11.5 GB of data, exposing over 6.2 million records including names, phone numbers, emails, call logs, hashed subscriber details, and compromised API keys. The stolen data, spanning from 2016 to 2024, was put up for sale on the dark web for $1,500, highlighting significant security vulnerabilities and privacy risks for users.
