What Happened
In March 2025, BeYoung.in, an online fashion retailer in India, suffered a significant data breach compromising the personal information of over 5.5 million customers, encompassing approximately 25 million lines of data across various tables. The exposed data included customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, cart amounts, device information, order details, and feedback records, such as abandoned shopping carts and transactional emails. The breach was discovered when a user alias “@Satanic” leaked the database on BreachForums.
